You will be automatically billed if you do not cancel your subscription 1 day before the expiry date. The payment will be processed through iTunes after purchasing the subscription. You can cancel your subscription through your iTunes account, and you will not be refunded for the remaining days of your subscription despite canceling it before the end of your monthly cycle.
